"Oh, you should have told me, Anne," Leslie cried passionately. "If I had known I would have gone away--I wouldn't have stayed here to meet him. You should have told me. It wasn't fair of you, Anne--oh, it wasn't fair!"
The Blind Man and the Whelp
The latest gaming event to fall due to growing concerns surrounding the coronavirus is the Minecraft Festival in Orlando, Florida. The in-person celebration was supposed to take place in late September, a distant future so far off that tickets hadn't even gone on sale before the plug was pulled.

And that's definitely a good thing, mind; the stress of potentially having to refund everyone is a bullet well worth dodging if you possibly can. In fact, the tickets were originally supposed to go on sale today, Friday the 6th, so props to the organisers for acting swiftly.
You were excited. We were excited. But after conversations with our partners, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to postpone Minecraft Festival. All is not lost, though: Minecraft Live will still be streaming plenty of exciting announcements!? https://t.co/7fQMAbCdIZ ? pic.twitter.com/xtCrd1lns6— Minecraft (@Minecraft) March 5, 2020This is far from the first gaming convention to be cancelled due to the coronavirus, but it's an interesting case when you consider that the outbreak could well have died down by the time September rolls around.

And so the specific reasoning behind the decision is that the outbreak cast significant doubt on whether the organisers would still able to organise such a sizable event with partners, producers, and exhibitors based "in all corners of the world".

Despite how far away September might seem, I imagine most folks – myself included – won't quite understand how much work and prep is required to put something of this scale together.

He had the dialect and different skill,"WHY SHOULD there always be this fear and slaughter between us?" said the Wolves to the Sheep. "Those evil-disposed Dogs have much to answer for. They always bark whenever we approach you and attack us before we have done any harm. If you would only dismiss them from your heels, there might soon be treaties of peace and reconciliation between us." The Sheep, poor silly creatures, were easily beguiled and dismissed the Dogs, whereupon the Wolves destroyed the unguarded flock at their own pleasure.

If you're an American 3DS owner who is a fan of mecha then you'll want to know that Iron Combat: War in the Air will be available on March 19th. There's no word of a European version yet.

It's the next game from Teyon, and it takes place in a future that sees people (anime girls, mostly) turned into living weapons.

They've been turned into assault mecha that can fly around in the air and turn into fighter jets at a moment's notice.

The reason for this transformation is due to the belief that these living weapons are the only way to stop an evil corporation that's hell-bent on enslaving humanity.
"Isn't she lovely, Gilbert? Her hair fascinates me. Miss Cornelia says it reaches to her feet. Ruby Gillis had beautiful hair--but Leslie's is ALIVE--every thread of it is living gold."

For fans of the Kingdom Rush series, hold on to your pants because it looks like there's a new title on the horizon.

Very proud to announce that a new title is on production and It´s the coolest and biggest you have seen so far! https://t.co/53Qh63f2sx pic.twitter.com/HgK0dyGeoB— Ironhide Game Studio (@ironhidegames) January 19, 2017 The Kingdom Rush titles are a series of popular tower defence which offer up fast-paced fighting in teeny, flash-like situations. Mixing strategy with a massive variety of enemies, heroes (and abilities), and accompanying story, it's no wonder Kingdom Rush has been so popular for so long.

Moving back to the pressing news: in a rather limited tweet and blog post, Ironhide Game Studio teased an initial image with little more than 'It's the coolest and biggest you have seen so far'. Needless to say our curiosity is itching.

Their blog post ends with, 'One thing is for sure, the bad guys shall have their revenge.'

What do you guys think the upcoming title will be about? Roaming hunters, brutal security systems, and other weird threats can kill you in an instant; quick reflexes and hiding are your own only advantages as you solve physics-based puzzles.

Much like its predecessor, Inside tells a minimalist tale through its bleak tone and aesthetic, its disturbing deaths, its increasingly surreal and odd imagery. You can find Inside's App Store page here. The game will be a free download with an in-app purchase.
The Lion and the Three Bulls
